Individual offices can be rented for $250/month for 1 full day/week or $450/month for 2 full days/week for a 12 month term.
Virtual Business+ Members and established resident members have access to additional office space on a daily or hourly basis.
Flexible options include:
$80 for 1 full day
$60 for 4 hours (8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm)
$25/hour (2hr minimum)

Cancellation Policy
Every room rental requires a 24 hour cancellation notice. Individual office bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
CONFERENCE ROOM RENTAL (up to 10 people)
Perfect for group or play therapy, team meetings, small group trainings, group supervision, etc.

MEMBER RATES
$40 per hour (M-F, 9am-5pm)
$50 per hour (M-F, after 5pm)
$70 per hour (Sa-Su, 9am-5pm)
$220 full day (M-F, 8hrs)
NON-MEMBER RATES
$65 per hour (M-F, 9am-5pm, 2hr min)
$80 per hour (M-F, after 5pm, 2hr min)
$115 per hour (Sa-Su, 9am-5pm, 2hr min)
$360 full day (M-F, 8hrs)
2027 Planned Upgrade
Hybrid tech to be installed in 2027 to help connect in-room participants with those participating virtually.
Cancellation Policy
Every conference room rental requires a 48 hour cancellation notice, otherwise you will be charged full price. All spaces must be booked in advance.
